Construction Technology for Dewatering Wells
Well point measurement and positioning → hole digging and casing embedding → drilling rig in place → drilling → hoisting well pipe → back-filling filter material (coarse sand or gravel) between well pipe and hole wall → hole washing → drainage pump in well pipe and installation of pumping control circuit → trial pumping → normal operation of well point → dewatering completion, pipe pulling → well sealing.
Maintenance Schedule
Proper maintenance is essential for prolonging equipment service life, maintaining optimal operation, reducing maintenance costs, and ensuring operator safety.
Monthly Maintenance
- Complete all shift and weekly maintenance requirements
- Remove chuck and clean slip and slip seat, replacing damaged components
- Clean oil tank filter and replace deteriorated hydraulic oil
- Inspect main components and replace damaged parts immediately
- Apply grease to all exposed parts for long-term storage
Weekly Maintenance
- Complete all shift maintenance requirements
- Clean dirt from chuck and slip tooth surfaces
- Clean oil and mud from holding brake inner surface
- Address all faults occurring during the week
Shift Maintenance
- Check all exposed bolts, nuts, and safety pins for security
- Address any operational faults
- Inspect for oil leaks and address appropriately
- Check transmission, transfer case, and hydraulic system oil levels
- Apply lubricants according to requirements
- Clean external surfaces and ensure proper lubrication of base, slide-ways, and vertical shafts
